                                                                Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions.

Please read carefully before using Go Baby Go Steamboat’s equipment: The term “equipment” shall include equipment, gear, apparatus or any other item rented from Go Baby Go Steamboat, LLC

This website is run by Go Baby Go Steamboat LLC. By placing an order, the renter agrees to the terms and conditions contract and the terms below. If you do not fully agree to all terms and conditions, you may not use our services.

All equipment is used at the renter's own risk. The equipment rented will remain the property of Go Baby Go Steamboat, LLC at all times. The renter assumes full responsibility for the proper use and handling of the equipment while it is under the renter's use. The renter agrees to return all equipment in the same condition as received; otherwise the renter agrees to pay Go Baby Go Steamboat, LLC the cost of replacing or repairing the equipment in addition to any charges incurred for the rental equipment.

Our number one priority is your child’s safety. We carefully inspect, clean, and disinfect all equipment before each rental. We are also registered to the U.S Costumer Product Safety Commission at www.cpsc.gov to ensure our products/equipment are not subject to recall.

Renter commits to inspect the equipment rented before use. The renter agrees that if a problem is determined during the inspection of the equipment, he or she will immediately contact Go Baby Go Steamboat, LLC by calling 970-457-7046 or sending an email to alejandrasegovia218@gmail.com and will refrain from using the equipment until satisfied that the problem is resolved.

Assumption of Risk: The renter agrees not to hold Go Baby Go Steamboat, LLC, its employees, agents, contractors or assigns responsible for and fully assumes the risk of injury that may exist from the use or improper use of each piece of rental equipment, including the potential risk of serious injury, disability or death. The renter acknowledges that there are always inherent risks involved with equipment they involve the care of babies or young children. . The renter states he or she is familiar with and knows how to operate the equipment and assumes full responsibility for the use of the equipment.

Release: The renter releases Go Baby Go Steamboat, LLC their agents, employees and contractors, successors and assigns from any and all liability in the event of any injury, illness, medical condition or death that may occur or result from the rental of or use of the rental equipment.

Indemnification: The renter shall indemnify and hold Go Baby Go Steamboat LLC, harmless against all claims, losses, damages, personal injury, death and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising in any manner out of the rental or use of any rented equipment provided by Go Baby Go Steamboat, LLC or the failure of the equipment to function as intended. Go Baby Go Steamboat, LLC is a limited liability company organized and existing under the State of Colorado.
